Patrizia Dogliani holds a PhD in Contemporary History and is full professor in University di Bologna. Along her wide career, she did several research stages as a researcher and professor: European University Institute, Freie Universität, New York University, Harvard University, The University of Sydney, Melbourne, Western Australia, the Australian National University and the EHESS of Paris. She also worked for the French Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur, de la Recherche et de l’Innovation. She is specialist in European Comparative History in the nineteenth and twentieth century, with the focus in fascism and socialism. She also worked on municipalism and local welfare and public History and Memory in twentieth century conflicts. With more than a hundred publications, it is mandatory to higliht L’Italia fascista 1922-1940 (1999), Tra guerre e pace. Memorie e rappresentazioni dei conflitti e dell’Olocausto nell’Occidente contemporaneo (2001), Il fascismo degli Italiani.
